1. Curate your feed to what brings you some wholesome joy π If you see junk that isnβt βPVβ or as my homie #[2] explained to me recently, means βPura Vidaβ (pure life), get it out of your feed. Garbage in, garbage out. Make some digital buddies that make you laugh and leave you feeling glad you met them. Follow the folks you look up to. That sorta thing π
2. For learning Iβd recommend an audio book that Iβve found very helpful, called βAtomic Habitsβ by James Clear.
Iβd also recommend a YouTuber (if you like watching things) called βTrader University.β Although I believe he just changed it to βBitcoin University.β
Another book Iβd also HIGHLY recommend would be, βThe Problem of Painβ by C.S. Lewis. Really helps get a healthy perspective on the low points of life, and how to cope.
