After coming home from our trip, the first thing I did was run out to the garden and pick these. First harvest of the summer – a sweet reward for surviving the long winter and cold, wet spring 🍓

Today I went inside this church in my hometown for the first time. It was founded by Æthelred King of Mercia in 689 and contains Saxon and Viking relics, as well as a medieval coffin embedded high up in the wall
