which is a fundamental problem and hypocricy of the courts... good news is that a decision was made just last year by the Supreme Court which FINALLY cleared up the confusion that has split the courts down the middle as to whether the income tax was a "direct tax absent apportionment" or an "indirect tax" which is synonymous with a "privilege tax"...

it was established that the income tax absolutely falls within the indirect/privilege tax category...
