As I entered a calm state of concentration, a fear of nothingness started to grow. However, as soon as I had accepted it, the fear gradually subsided.
It's feels really good to get back to my meditation practice. Kind of cleaning up some of the internal mess in my mind, a mental detox.

Actually, Iran would already have had nukes if Israel hadn’t been sabotaging its nuclear program every few years.
I really believe that's a great habit, very important for personal development and cognitive health. I was used to read a lot once, but in recent years I find it hard to get into it.
Nothing grabs me.
Also, there are a lot of effortless alternatives, such as podcasts and audio books.
But I feel that actually reading book is still important.
What do you do when you reach a boring or difficult to read parts in the books you read?
