Se vuelve a confirmar que Europa se está quedando atrás por la hiperregulación del "gentil monstruo de Bruselas". Por suerte esto no hace más que fortalecer a Bitcoin.

Me gusta pensar que Bitcoin tienen una cosa en común con la construcción de las catedrales.
Cuando estas eran proyectadas, los arquitectos, canteros, albañiles, etc. sabían que nunca las verían terminadas.
Pero la visión a largo plazo de sentir que estaban construyendo algo grandioso les bastaba.
Y pienso que Satoshi Nakamoto pensó lo mismo cuando diseñó Bitcoin y decidió que la última unidad que se minase fuese alrededor de 2140.
Creo que este pensamiento catedral es la fortaleza que tiene Bitcoin frente al Estado, donde sus gobernantes no piensan más allá de la siguiente legislatura.
Debemos pensar que todavía estamos construyendo los cimientos de este proyecto y es muy probable que nosotros no veamos la catedral finalizada.
Pero como padre me reconforta saber que cada pequeña piedra que añadimos es un paso más para que las futuras generaciones puedan disfrutar de una divisa descentralizada y soberana.
Y es posible que Bitcoin no termine siendo el sistema monetario de referencia en un siglo. Nacerán otras monedas distintas pero que llevarán consigo el mismo espíritu y la idea instriseca de su predecesora.
Al final como pasa con las catedrales que inicialmente nacen bajo un estilo arquitectónico y terminan con otro distinto.
Pero el edificio no deja de ser una catedral aunque cambie la forma.
