Its definitely life experience and overcome adversity. I've been exposed to a lot as a kid and had to grow up sooner. I always was raise different to say the least. I didn't even know my ideologies aligned with stoicism until I study it a couple years ago 😁

My therapist says I am constantly moving at a pace of 90 mph, but hey I can't help myself. Some of us are just built different. If I know speed gets me faster to my destination why would I drag it out. For example, I wanted to learn Spanish and I became obsessed and became relatively fluent after a summer, trust, I immersed myself in it like a wrecking ball haha 😅😆

How can you expect other people to believe in you... if you don't?

If that's you, then you gotta level up. Time waits on nobody. People think they have all the time in the world, when you really don't.

I call it moving with urgency. What you think needs a week, probably can be done in an hour and so forth. Some people put up arbitrary timelines.

Broke through a long-standing personal fitness plateau today. Broke through a size / aesthetic plateau this week too.

Doing the right things and the hard things consistently is the way through plateaus. Meat maxx. UVB/UVA. Lift heavy. Be physically and mentally active in some way every day. No carbs. No sugar. No plants. No plastic containers for anything. No tap water. Cut out anyone who disturbs your peace with shitty energy. Embrace solitude. Walk far in remote natural settings (preferably alone or with dogs). Be around dogs (they have naturally positive and enlightened energy).
