Mexico is with intense heat even at high elevations:

The town of Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo State, at 2400m of elevation, rose to 32.5C a new record high in April and 0.5C from its all time high.

While most of Europe is freezing,an exceptional warm spell is giving a tropical night in the area of the Black Sea.

Temperatures rose above 31C in Turkey and near dawn are still hovering 26C in the Northern coast with strong fohn: temperatures much above a typical July night.
