Do you know if it's possible to mirror it to some other relay in order to load it with all your previous nostr history, for example?
NIP-05 should not be treated as "user verification" of any kind. Just as a user alias.
Showing checkmark on pfp for users with NIP-05 aliases confuse people.
I prefer Amethyst's way of doing checkmark: it means it's a follow user.
Payments.
🥜
It is indeed.
OpenLDAP is using it since years ago.
Te refieres a tus 'folows' o a tus 'followers'?
Agree.
It was proposed weeks ago to add DNS TXT record verification to NIP-05, so that NIP-05 could work with just a DNS query.
No webserver, no HTTPS, no certificate/CA, just a DNS query.
But it was rejected for the sake of simplicity.
Which is understandable too, by the way.
#[4] , does it work with pubkey whitelist or with Auth (NIP-42)?
#[3] , does Amethyst support authentication in relays right now?
NFT and DAO??
🤣🤣
When I was a child they use to tell me "it takes two to argue".
And exactly that it's what it looks like here:
Two parts overreacting with such a stupid thing.
It looks so childish, sorry.
Sorry, but I don't get how a discussion between features of gas stoves vs. electric ones can become something political.
I think it's such a mass media circus.
They could still be superior in lots of things but not on electricity dependence.
I don't get your point.
Things are usually not white or black.
Ah, right!!
Did they close 'olde NIP-23' because the new consensus is to signal the relay-list where the user publish events on kind-0?
But NIP-23's relay list was still useful to be used for clients configuration, isn't it?
Why are you saying bye bye to NIP-23?
👍
Or at least with an expiration date.
