Agreed, nostr:npub1j4u5gjzjyggr3h96x3gjy4akdgwxuk7mgvumv72gym2qyje7fn5s47d6x9 this is why I’m a fan of the 10th Amendment and leveraging the states as protection against the feds. Also why I’m supporting Satoshi Action Fund who is working to implement bills in each state that is the equivalent of what you posted above. Over time, with strong support at the state level we can get to the federal level, but you have to build the base and get a solid defense up before we try to go to war at the federal level.

While this is a part of the story, the other half is that, advocates and tax hungry states that also value individual and medical freedom used the 10th Amendment and model legislation from The Tenth Amendment Center to pass legislation following James Madison’s blue print for defeating Federal Overreach by choosing to stop cooperating with the Feds. History shows that once a critical mass of 21 states stop enforcing then it becomes impossible for the Feds to enforce it with their own resources and it just becomes a matter of time, as they will stop enforcing and eventually federal legislation will catch up with the will of the people.
