Here's an interesting thought:
You can never truly own Real Estate.
At best you end up in a 3 way multi-sig with a bank & local govnmt... and they can, at any time, take it or change the rules on you with their 2 of 3 signatures... regardless of what YOU want. Think about that the next time you want to sell BTC to buy a house✌️
