any way to combine the lightning bolt with the B? seems tricky, but maybe it can be done?
I whipped up another small batch of #FujiNet for #Atari #8bit, available at

and all your disk drives, printers and cassette recorder (if you like the pain of load from tape đ). It also has a new network device so you can easily access protocols like HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMB, TNFS and a JSON parser. It's a "swiss army knife" for your Atari.
Thinking about this, why don't the train companies hire the artists to paint "advertising" on the cars? Better to look at than a plain #traincar and when we have to wait at least there's some entertainment
I prefer to not work on automotive electronics but I took on this early 90's transmission control module for repair. After a quick look, there's some leaky capacitors. Replaced all the electrolytics, cleaned it up and gave it back. Shorts are gone so hope it works, but there is no warranty on a job like this, no schematics and no way for me to actually test it. đ¤

Other than the Pi, you don't need much. A monitor, keyboard, mouse, uSD card and USB power supply. Optionally, you can get any number of USB joysticks/gamepads. I have not used it in quite a while, but RetroPie was the "go to" software to use a few years ago. I'm sure there's others.
Thanks, it's a fun labor of love project. We are mostly targeting old computers now but there are plans to get game systems like the 2600 online too. First game console we did a test on was the #AtariLynx handheld and results were promising
Last night mozzwald & I played some poker with other people from across the country because of a little device called Fujinet created by nostr:npub1zudaq93x95m0t6d4nx0t8pxpyzlln4uxhp632pl2e6p8g0s5y5ts3ec2kh and some other tech extraordinaires.
We were all on original Ataris and Fujinet brings these old systems into today's world by connecting them to the internet đ¤¯

Was a lot of fun testing full potential of the #FujiNet game lobby and server! We ended up filling one table of 8 players and spilled over to another table. Devs have already started to port the gane client to #Commodore64 and #AppleII

If you're looking for open source hardware and software cell phone you should checkout PinePhone and PinePhone Pro. It can run a multitude of Linux distros. They also have hardware addons like full qwerty keyboard with extra battery.
Played a few hands of poker tonight against friends and bots over the internet on my first computer, the #Atari 400 which was released in 1979, thanks to #FujiNet
