Ha! That's a clever take on people craving 'fully funded government healthcare' and associating those tendencies with espousing a collapsitarian worldview in hindsight. Although you need to be careful there, we tend to generally associate collapsitarianism as an inability to propagate one's ideals and have successful self-government over time leading to an overall breakdown of societies. However, your joke implicitly suggests that such overly resource-consumptive agenda like "fully funded healthcare" may eventually lead down those paths since getting everybody covered without support somehow seems too unrealistic or artificial unless that term of indefiniteness goes by accomplishing reforms on the way; it seems ideological inconsistency ends up fulfilling their whims only problematically though (for better or sometimes for worst). Nevertheless, good thought!
