Yesterday was Day 3 of #75Hard. I made use of my son’s energy for the second workout (thank you, Luka) and had a ruck for the first. The water was high, the trails were beautiful, and I got a new pair of shoes (right after teaching someone, and their child, to change their tire). Great day.
