I gotta start that, soon.
This is the one I have. The updated one is linked at the top of the article. https://www.thesurvivalpodcast.com/tspaz-91420
Ok. We donβt even have enough trucks/trailers to keep the country supplied with enough motor oil to keep the motors updated, without rail cars making deliveries of ingredients and shuttling big batches to other hubs.
Day 18 of #75Hard. I missed a workout opportunity that would have eased my schedule, but still made it. Shoulder day would have made my contra instructors, and peers, proud. Subdued, shaded, playground time with the boy rounded out the day. The book on the Lightning Network really is interesting.

There is a piece of equipment made just to steam eggs?
This is one block. Ten minutes. Wow. nostr:note1cqxxj7vymz9p2fwehefdzhsmx4cv0pc6aapggalncdapzktjrvksl5arar
I started using the electric kettle for boiling eggs. Works wonders
Thank you. Havenβt felt this good, physically, in a while.
What area of study is your current book in?
Doing my part to spread them, apparently. Is it because of the higher than average rainfall that they seed so much?
Then, where would everyone that needs things be?
#[1]β , good luck working this one in. #Dadjokes
I can only speculate on the how/why, as I wasnβt there.
Today finished Day17 of #75Hard. No gym, no weights, no vest, or sweatshirt. Just breathing, then walking and a couple complexes to finish the day. Again, learning something new and pertinent to the future is rather uplifting. (Not pictured) I look better in overalls and no shirt, but that is just for my ego. #grownostr
Yesterday ended Day 16 of #75Hard. Locker room picture of the shoe as evidence that I went and hit the weights, the Barbarella helped make me look acceptable in public, I soaked the shirt (yes, threw it back on after sleeping) on my weighted ruck. Iβm reading something that is technically a bit over my head and stretching in that fashion, as well. #grownostr

#[0]β , #[1]β , #[2]β , amazing interview between the three of you.
