Aspiring polymath.

Thank you, Sunny Street. I do miss newspaper comics, a bit.

Thank you. You, as well.

#[2] , one of my teachers (#[3] ) shared why she starters it, the positive changes it brings (been a while since I read at least ten pages a day, since the health scare is over) and I knew then that I would take this on, as well.

Today ended Day 15 of #75Hard. This shirt gets a sweat skull when I squat with it, kind of funny. If you haven’t heard of #WimHof, or the breathing method he rediscovered, you are missing out. #grownostr

Friday was Day 14 of #75Hard. The breathing exercise in between everything ready wise quite the effort. Also, it was supposed to be leg day. Instead, my cell asleep on the water, massage bed, and all of the white rocks with a for me when I woke up. I ended up with a last minute walk in the heat. I did have a butterfly or moth on my shirt, which was nice.

Reading at least 10 pages of a non-fiction, and forward facing, but has had the positive benefit of helping me look to the future. I underestimated those effects when I started this campaign.

#[1] (or anyone else that knows), is there a lizard (or amphibian) this fits all the requirements? #grownostr #herpatology

#[2] , I can help you collect them and overwinter them. You are pretty far from Provost, AB…

Yesterday finished Day 13 of #75Hard. See here, evidence of my trying to overcome my SAS (Skinny Arm Syndrome). I feel like I’m just hanging on, with this schedule, but I would describe myself as hopeful, regarding the progress I’ve made in my studies and my physical efforts. My summer FR pants (not bloody jeans!) fit again, too! #grownostr

The heat was an issue for my when I was working. I had to load and deliver two loads of bio, which takes longer to load (under direct sunlight) and longer to unload (same conditions).

I’ve been lucky on the workout front and happy to switch up my plan. Just today, my run was without the weight vest and sweatshirt, it felt pretty good.

That is one of the beauties of the breathing method, I’m strengthening parts of myself and simultaneously recovering other parts (simple stretches during the over-oxegenating cycle).

Re: the knee. I’m sorry, I hate that. I do love it when my Chiro gives some traction to a joint and releases the tension or puts it back into alignment. I can’t recommend that, enough.

Happy 65th Birthday, Bruce Campbell!

I can try to connect you with someone and/or collect them, yourself. Where are you? (You can message, if preferred)

Day 12 of #75Hard. Having a near-full night of sleep helped me recover from the ridiculous heat I felt like I barely survived, yesterday. Let me tell you, missing sleep takes a large toll on being able to stand heat and cold, as well as can be the largest factor to your current level of cadvascular strength. Don’t skip it, unless you want a terrible one-two punch. Also, check out my Leonardo hoodie! #grownostr
