Yesterday finished Day 13 of #75Hard. See here, evidence of my trying to overcome my SAS (Skinny Arm Syndrome). I feel like I’m just hanging on, with this schedule, but I would describe myself as hopeful, regarding the progress I’ve made in my studies and my physical efforts. My summer FR pants (not bloody jeans!) fit again, too! #grownostr

Keep it up! I'm working on day 64 and wondering if I really want to stop ... It's become routine now. The kids are asking to go out for run/walks and I caught my middle kid riding the stationary bike while reading a book today. #75hard works for me.
