That sucked the stress right out of me, for a moment.
#[1] , you prob. have put this one on recording… #dadjoke
#[1] , maybe you’ve said this #dadjoke before?
Day 11, #75Hard. I barely fought off the procrastination to get this done. Honestly, it feels like a part of me, it has been there for so long(the procrastination). Thank God there is a breeze, as I don’t have any run left in me, right now. This look is how I feel, right now. #[2], I made it past 10. #grownostr
Why?
What is the longest you’ve competed, beforehand? A marathon is still wild, to me.
Thank you.

Also, I only wear that shirt Mon-Sat, for the last 5-6 years.
Yesterday ended Day 10 of #75Hard. With all the free time I had, my dear, old friend procrastination helped me wait until the deadline, today. That is one of those traits I’m trying to starve, with this campaign. The book I’m reading, Customer Devotion by Mike Case, is explaining a lot of interesting parts about how companies try to keep our business. Rather interesting.
Well, day before yesterday.
Yesterday was Day 9 of #75Hard. I found a weak area of my body and another of my mind. I forgot I was wearing this shirt when I came in. Also, you cannot get closer parking than when you show up earlier than 6am. #grownostr

I think this is what #[0] , #[1], #[2] , and many more talk about when they discuss time preference (wait till the end)… #grownostr #ds9 https://youtu.be/qjFyRBRuYoo

Well, that is one way to get the drop on him. Happy Father’s Day. #grownostr https://www.facebook.com/reel/543735337777614?fs=e&s=TIeQ9V&mibextid=xO1PvT
Well, someone can do math. Sign up for the Spin+, no half-measures.
Day 8 of #75Hard and wow, has leg day hit me back. I almost got off of the stairclimber I was warming myself up with.
Evidence, below, that I actually worked my chest, today.
Those plants are where the construction crews dig up grass and layer pipe (probably sewage). It is really cool to see what was in the seed bank, right there (shout out to Discover Permaculture with Geoff Lawton for teaching me about that).
I want to go and get a massage, everyday. Then, I realize that something else will hurt tomorrow, so I stop worrying and stretch some more. #grownostr
