Day 7 of #75Hard and…. wow. First leg day at the gym and I wiped me out way more than I thought I did. I got Luka, unexpectedly, so the second work out required I be flexible and I chased dude around the playground and grass. After the gym, that was workout enough. Chicken leg status pic. #grownostr

Day 6 of #75Hard. The gym is easier than the Wim Hof Method, I tell ya. My body parts are very sore, I’m grateful. Forgot my shower shoes, which reminds me, coconut oil is great for beating back foot fungus, for multiple reasons. Third notch on the belt came east, yay 😀. The weighted, sweatshirt ruck in the hot swamp weather got me very red, had extra time so I ran 2.5 complexes (buildings of stairs).
