I've created my very own "pro-bio-tics" reserve remedies – probiotic = for life! Instead antibiotics (against life)

I extracted juice from fresh, organic turmeric and ginger roots and filled it into small molds, frozen it, and stored it in a jar, always at hand.

Why ginger and turmeric?
