Lots of friends having babies! What are best birth prep and developmental resources for little sovereign beings / families? What is helpful for new moms & dads?

Checking out everything from Ina May books and osteopath developmental content to alpaca cloth diapers and lead-free (not all are apparently) glass bottles with rubber nipples. Wild how much synthetic crap is marketed to parents. To be a sovereign family and is DYOR on steroids.
