I followed you! You can do it! I skipped the coffee this morning for the first time and nos have a headache which is to be expected as I ditch the caffeine.
I’m excited to share that starting today, I am starting a new journey in addition to my #Bitcoin journey.
Bitcoin has given me hope for the future. It’s allowed me a way to opt out of the current financial system. But I have decided that it’s time to also opt out of the current food system here in the United States and reassess my relationship with food.
I will be exploring new lifestyles and diets, namely the Animal-Based and Carnivore diets. I am just starting out so there is so much I must learn. But I’m up for the challenge. If there are any veterans in this space, I would sincerely appreciate your guidance.
My first steps into a new way of living and eating start today. I will be focusing on minimal ingredient meals. I will not be eating:
🔸 Processed foods,
🔸 Added sugars
🔸 Grains
🔸 Seed oils
🔸 Vegetables
Looking forward to this new journey of mine. I’ll keep you all posted on how I’m doing.
