I've read soooo many horror stories around having a hysterectomy... some of my personal favourites...
1. The Patriarchy made me do it!
Oh my goddess.. when did we become such victims. We choose our life and how we live it... we are not forced by anyone.
2. Having your womb removed stops kundalini energy rising.
Bull$h!t ...since my fibroids, womb etc etc are gone... my pathways are clear and doing my reiki training has meant I have taken control into my own hands (quite literally) to direct positive energy into my womb-space.
3. Your sacral chakra is in your womb... therefor if it is removed, so is that energy center.
Erm nope... wrong again... energy flows in and out of the body, yes with no ovaries there is this part of the endocrine removed... BUT with the help of medicine we have HRT ...cannot recommend this enough, especially if you have hypothyroidism... I feel the best I've felt in years... my energy is flowing!!!
I do however belive in hermetics... and that the Universe is mental, which means if you think something with all your heart... it's true...
Now I am sympathetic to anyone that does encounter issues with any sort of major surgery... but think why you see having it, what else you can learn, where are the lessons, the opportunities and the growth?!
This is the true meaning of Judgement... where you judge yourself and your situation!

In the early hours, I couldn't sleep, the waning micro moon in Leo taunted my inner child, not in a playful way... I pulled a few cards...
One after the other... three major arcana, three stunning big cats appeared before me... representing the moon, the sun and all of the elements...
Instantly, these cards brough comfort, reminding me to have strength though healing, to be gentle with myself and that every situation has meaning, growth and power... the secret is keeping my mind focused.
I've never seen a spread so simple and strong, even the heads of the cats show past, present and future with the gaze of their stares.
As Mars squares my natal moon, brining up them feels even more on this waning moon... I choose to surrender, to focus 100% on healing today (I think I may of pushed too much the last few days and I'm feeling it).
Tomorrow with the new moon in Leo I am going to digest where I am at this point and set some wonderful new intentions, or should I say fine tune those that I already have and burn away anything that stands in that way ππππ

Half six in the morning on a Saturday... no alarm, just allowing my natural cycle to guide me during healing from my hysterectomy... and already I've seen #TheChariot twice this morning!!!
For me, The Chariot represents the house of home and family... parents (particularly the mother)... a card of mind over matter... gentile guidance through wisdom, experience and leading by example, rather than sheer force against will.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink!
I've learned to become so aware of my feelings, give them space and honour them... today I need to remind myself to stay strong, to find balance within.
Today I need to find focus, take a little action (obviously very little in my case atm)... to find strength within.
