Sent. Gave the same self-custodial message as below (too lazy to screenshot). "If user doesn't login within 24hr, funds will be returned."

Was Zeus easy to set up? Wallet Of Satoshi is so easy, but self custody would be nice if not too technical....

Ya big social accounts fail by design.

Markets do the opposite of the herd. The larger the social following and its users agreement, the more "herded up" its projections are.

When everyone agrees, no one is thinking.

Another reason I never use limit orders. Manual, every time.

Replying to nobody

It's very likely real info. Just leaked and unauthorized (as of now). Insiders know. Price always reflects their actions transparently.

It's very choppy structure in these W2's. But decisively above 200daily/200wkly (28,000) and really 30k, and we're away to the races. 100k by Summer 2024 still absolutely in play.

I was wondering what was going on. Bot farm engagement pod or what?

Great points, agree very much.

To your point, say you have an "open-border" state with no tariffs, inflow/outflow tracking, passports, etc. Great, everyone can freely move INTO your utopia.

But residents of that utopia may be landlocked, since the limited government didn't issue them a passport. Effectively trapping them in the utopia, since they still need a passport to enter legacy nations.

Also agree with mass migration, but I think we need to look at it's cause. Look at the "magnets" of modern society. You migrate to Canada, you get money, healthcare, social security, and on and on. No wonder they're coming in droves.

In a limited scope state, you get none of that.

The government looks after infrastructure/basic security only. The rest is "pay-to-play" in the free market.

Which encourages physically healthy to migrate, not the sick.

Encourages the hard working to migrate, not the free-lunchers.

Encourages innovators to migrate, where they can solve problems without 1,000 government hoops in legacy states.

Of course, the refugees are welcome, but they need to earn their way and produce. I think effectively you'd end up with a "staging" area, shanty town for these folks who can't afford to "buy-in". They camp out as they attempt to grow, learn, upskill, and integrate into the fast paced market and own their future.

But the current magnets of legacy states are the real cause of mass migration IMO.

What's up is you got the right fucking bio, that's for sure! Honk Honk!

Great points. Agree, NO BUILDING CODES. Fuck me running. No building codes.

Minimalized zoning. As you mention, no rocket launches in residential neighborhoods. Top level centralized outline/blueprint by the state (with infrastructure mindset). But let the developers fill in the medium and low level details. Consult. Be reasonable and human.

Yes, don't ban foreigners from buying. I mean, you WANT foreigners buying in a new state.. Just not using it as an egregious speculative instrument. Mind you, nothing you do will stop it (nor should). The market will solve it.

And in a free and open state with no building code, the speed of supply creation could crush the living shit out of foreign "campers" in lightning quick order.

Whoa, hadn't heard of Juuminzei. Nice find! Problem there is again, you need ID, tracking who lives, people registration, etc. We're back to ID again. haha Also, tracking is super inefficient and bureaucratic (no matter who does it). Cheaper if avoidable.

But the basics of that theory remain. Property tax used for shared infrastructure and security. That's it. No other bullshit. Limited state.

Yes, we can privatize roads, but everyone is using them. Again, it's hard to bill out, too many shared contracts, usage fees, etc. So it's more efficient for a single entity to manage. Yes gov is usually more inefficient. But if that's virtually all they do, one would hope they could build a high performing culture.

I was thinking revenue billed by "house capacity" in residential cases. Say $500/bedroom. Simple. Billed by house capacity, NOT the number of people actually occupying. To avoid tracking.

But this solves a few problems. It prevents (or at least monetizes) excessive foreigner RE speculation which is common in new upstart states (Dubai for example). Also, it's SIMPLE. It's also fair and rewarding to efficient land usage (medium, high-density, micro homes, etc).

Commercial/industrial bill method, not sure totally sure. But NOT based on sales. Again, tracking. Needs to be avoided.

Fire Departments are so dumb. Subsidized risk. Residential sprinklers can stop 98% of fires. I wouldn't even offer a Fire Service. Put the onus on homeowner to use fire resistant/protective methods and reduce risk. Possible in an upstart state. Very limited FD for chemical/industrial type fires.

Huge topic. But I think if you fund society via property tax only, you can axe ALL other taxes. Axe Income tax, Sales/Consumption tax, Corporate tax, Capital gain tax, Tariff/duty/import tax, Payroll taxes, so on. All of these require TRACKING. Which creates that ballooning bureaucratic nightmare for gov and privates. Such a hidden inefficiency cost to society.

Now that you mention it, some Signal/App Store/APK drama does seem familiar.

There's always been sketchy 3rd party app stores (F-Droid is WAY overrated). But this ApkPure looks awesome. Just rediscovered it upon your prompt. They seem to copy all actual APK's from the real Play Store too as a backup. They have past APK versions too, for when devs go wreck an update.

So it seems you could just default to APK Pure (being risk aware of course), bypassing the Play Store entirely. They have their own app too. Need to do some more research on them and any iPhone IPA (non-jailbreak) equivalent.

It's a huge topic. Like an NFT chain could easily be used for Real Estate titles. But usually a title is "pinned" to an ID owner of some sort.

Now, that doesn't necessarily need to be the case, since he who holds it, owns it. Bitcoin keys aren't registered to an identified owner. The one with the keys is the owner. But it's slightly different with RE regarding security, squatting, and, depending on government structure, taxation.

(I argue property taxes are the ONLY taxes that should reasonably exist. Not calculated from land value though. Story for another time.)

Well done man! Please tell me that's new(er) AC/DC - Shot In The Dark. If so, wicked tune. 🤘
