If you are told by many, that you are doing something wrong, chances are high they are just trying to pull you back, because they cant do the same.

Lightning fee setting is an interesting topic.
If you set a base fee, you reduce the smaller transactions, because it wont make sense for smaller payments to route there. But for larger payments, base fee will be probably small, so you wont really earn anything.
If you set a PPM, it will be proportional to sent amount. It wont be high for small payments.
Therefore, payments will prefer ppm only channels most of the time for low amounts, and base fee only for high amounts.
I think it does not make sense to talk about nonsense settings, because the network/market will tell if your setting is okay or not, buy adjusting the routed payment numbers and amounts.

But you can also use syncthing + keepass e.g. Then you directly sync between devices.
Vaultwarden a bitwarden version, that is easy to setup and works with bitwarden apps.

All of us are similar in the regard, that we have our own narrow view of the world.
As people are different, they have different things they care about. But we all react to the things we dont care about the same way. Or similarly.
Everyone has their own "bitcoin" view. E.g. for some people it is health, for others it is environment protection, etc. They understand something, and they dont understand how other people dont see it.
So lets be more empathic.
