Vaultwarden a bitwarden version, that is easy to setup and works with bitwarden apps.

What made you choose this over the regular Bitwarden setup?

Because start9 had that as an app.

So was easy to install.

But you can also use syncthing + keepass e.g. Then you directly sync between devices.

Keepass

`pass` from passwordstore.org, there is an Android app that's not maintained anymore, but still works. It uses Git as a backend.

1Password.

Bitwarden. Have a reminder on my phone to export the encrypted db file every couple months.

I use 3 different ones.

Hashicorp Vault - it is a custom implementation. Replacing Keybase. See https://cadayton.onrender.com/scripts/VaultApi.html

KeePassXC - Duplicates Hashicorp Vault it most cases.

Keybase - KV feature. But Zoom appears to be letting Keybase die on the vine.

Self hosted Vaultwarden
