It's hard to sit down and start drawing because of my anxiety. My husband said "Start small. Just draw something. Give it 30 minutes each day. You don't have to be perfect at it."
So I did. After 10 minutes, my anxiety fades away, replaced by a sense of peace. It's about getting started.
