Man, working with suppliers in #china and #thailand is so different...

In China, I placed a prototype order online, got a dedicated contact person, and received my samples in less than 3 weeks.

In Thailand, I couldn't order a prototype online, so I contacted 5 suppliers by email 3 weeks ago. Not. One. Reply.

Not to say that everything's rosy with my Chinese supplier, but at least I can get shit done. The issue is that I'll have to deal with import taxes for the bulk order...

I stopped logging in on Facebook on my phone. And I removed Messenger. Fuck it.

Amethyst. It just works for my use. I got used to the loading when I launch the app, and when zapping with NWC. The rest is fluid, and looks great.

I've been using AI for a while, and I'm developing a physical product. And I don't see what you mean.

Or maybe you're saying AI now isn't able to develop a real product... But will be later this year.

At the moment, even basic math is usually wrong with AI. And it lacks so much input to take into consideration, and create a physical product.

Plus, prototyping is a PITA that requires a human. I don't see that changing any time soon.

The issue I have is with power reliability. Despite having a UPS, I went twice on a trip, and twice I came back to my node turned off. Of course, I couldn't use my node to zap. And it closed my channels. Plus, once I had to recover it because the hard drive was corrupted...

On my end, I don't blame it on lightning. But I haven't opened any new channels. Too risky.

Is TestFlight doable for non tech savvy people? I'm on Android, so not familiar with this

I've been using Nostr for a while. And I think #olas could be a good app to recommend some of my friends, so they can get a taste.

But how can they install it easily?

I'm not sure what to tell them... A quick search doesn't provide any relevant results.

And I don't want them to have to download other apps, like Zapstore.
