When it’s a hate crime it’s “racially targeted”
When it’s a bioweapon it’s “ethnically targeted”
There are no solutions, only trade-offs.
But someone will offer you a solution. That person might even have good intentions. But that person might create unforeseen second and third order consequences in their attempt to do good.
The person offering you a solution might have BAD intentions and they will take advantage of your emotions if you’re not careful.
Forgive me if I sound insensitive but I am advocating for dispassionate analysis of the problem.

Most of the takes on The Sound of Freedom, from every side, sound very reactionary to me.
I haven’t heard many thoughtful responses about what the film actually means.
Obviously this is issue is extremely emotionally charged.
It is BECAUSE it is emotionally charged that I will wait and see what this film really is.
