I run Ubuntu alongside windows... it's still crappy OS when you need to install programs. + no excel & adobe is a bummer.
I do run Ubuntu most of the time as it just works when my windows can't be kept on for more than a day without hanging.

am guilty here, 99% of my Linux experience is copy paste commands without understanding.
I asked chat GPT how to install a program on linux. told him the error message I've got after I tried to do what it told me. he told me to enter another command and try again, the next thig was my Ubuntu was not able to boot and after few hours of trying I gave up and formatted the OS.
