Reading through the What is Money book from Breedlove and Saylor. This needs to be required reading at every high school and college finance class. I listened to the podcast series, but thinking through concepts as I read shows how Saylor really is one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever come across.

Politics has become theater. The only thing that most politicians care about is getting reelected and keeping the game going.
The problem is the losing party spends the next four years talking about how everything bad in our country is because the other side. People that win don’t get anything done and they blame the other side not working with them.
I remember when the election was over and you just moved on with your life. Feels like people are still arguing about 2008.
I worked at EBGames during that time. Everyone should work retail at some point in their life.
