I remember when the election was over and you just moved on with your life. Feels like people are still arguing about 2008.

Since then they added a million new stupid regulations than affect your life a million more times.
We have no choice but to have to care
The problem is the losing party spends the next four years talking about how everything bad in our country is because the other side. People that win don’t get anything done and they blame the other side not working with them.
Vote with your pockets and with your feet. Ballots are usually useless.
Covid showed how flag theory based on the feet doesn’t give you too many options.
They promised us our lives would be better if we listened to their story. If we gave up our ways of life and adopted theirs. They promised us salvation, but instead put us in their prison. They may have control of body, but they will never control my thought. I will always sing my song, for those who want to listen.
Not too many, but people had options. States that forced policy suffered as a result (CA and NY). They were forced to drop (or reduce) the restrictions because so many people fled the state.
Politics has become theater. The only thing that most politicians care about is getting reelected and keeping the game going.

The State has increasing control over our lives. Out of self-defense people engage in political action.
This process will continue as long as we continue to view "the majority" as our master instead of respecting each other as sovereign individuals.
