The "great man" paradigm. Actors, musicians, politicians, doctors, artists, pilots, engineers... Etc etc yes even entrepreneurs. The ego/power/belonging component to those past identities is at great risk. And it's funny because they won't lose relevance with a bang but worth a long goodbye. I would say that the thing I've observed the most in people I know. That's one way so many cling to the power of the system I think.

Who would be changing the system from the inside? Do you give me names?

I remember the first time I heard you speak; what you were saying was intuitively fascinating and stuck with me. I read The Price of Tomorrow shortly after and loved it. I’ve followed many of your interviews since, and they’ve all been insightful.

But this one… this was the clearest and most powerful explanation I’ve heard from you yet. Absolutely brilliant. I’ll definitely be sharing it.

Since running a node.. I understand why you keep saying if bitcoin stays decentralized and secure.. that is the perfect way to get people to do the work. It’s like learning about bitcoin all over again where things click with this new perspective I have with bitcoin.

Seeing bitcoin via my node, supporting the network, understanding Bitcoin more on this level is incredible.

Satoshi, and all those people who worked to develop the technologies to allow Bitcoin to work.. I can feel that they came from a good place. (Hope this doesn’t sound weird)

.. I can really feel that Satoshi cared/s about humanity. I’m honestly so touched by this. Very emotional even. 😢
