There are people who must be dead and will be released. And those who deserve to be released leave there worse for wear.
I emphasize that the majority of crimes fall into: those applicable to the death penalty and those applicable to alternative penalties.
Imagine how much $ would be saved. Not to mention that there wouldn't even be these large factions that all emerged behind bars.

The real big problem of our time
