Delete people’s belief in “legitimate political authority.”

There is no such thing as “legitimate political authority.” Such belief is the result of indoctrination from toddler age and into adulthood which causes 99% of the suffering, poverty, and violence everywhere.

No one has the “legitimate” right to use violence, or threat of violence, on anyone for anything; regardless if they call themselves “government.”
