I’m not against voter ID and I can’t say I’m super informed on the issue, but I would think many of the same arguments against KYC in fintech would apply. What ID and personal information is enough?

At TABConf in Atlanta today my first Meshtastic device made contact with 117 nodes in less than 24 hours. Really neat to see all the mesh activity here.

Finally got proper internet back (not just using a mobile hotspot) after almost 4 weeks.

I tried to zap, but not working.

Typically 1-2 a day in the AM. Drip/pourover brew sometimes black and sometimes with half and half (depending on my mood).

So glad to have running water after not having it for 5 days in WNC. No power or fiber/cable internet yet. I’m guessing it’ll take until the end of week before that happens. I’m grateful for good family, friends and neighbors during times like these.

Yes I upgraded from a iPhone 13 mini to 16 Pro. Big upgrade for me. Battery life was main reason for upgrading. With my 13 mini I would under 40% with maybe 30 minutes of actual usage by 4pm.

After using my first pro model iPhone for 2 days, I can firmly say the pro display and 5x lens are totally worth it! I will miss the size of the iPhone mini.

I’m still using an iPhone 13 mini but I gave in and have a 15 pro on the way. Battery and camera upgrades is what I want.
