What can you even do with said "worldcoins"? Can I go into a random store and buy something? No? Then why is that an argument with Bitcoin, while everyone is lining up for this and why do I need Worldcoins?
Unfortunately my experience is they have been programmed extremely well and are hardwired into their narratives.

I think we’ve always been living in interesting times. I’m sure people considered e.g. the cold war “interesting times” as well.
Unfortunately, where I’m at we still have to pay taxes over it or it might be considered tax evasion.
Bitcoin in physical form already exists for quite a while; Used to be Casascius in 2013, now it’s called opendime and satscard. He can buy in now.
