Should the Lightning Address spec follow NIP05 in accepting “_” as a default username?
I don’t dislike the idea myself. So wallets could eventually handle paying to user@domain.com but also pay to @domain.com which behind the scenes defaults to the username “_”

While I agree, in practice 90% of nodes in network are LND. So it’s rather tough to ignore their moves atm. Hopefully that will change over time.
