In #picklethon we are going to need a lot of #PickleRick

Working on it...

Today start https://wobitcoin.org/ #WoB23 in 🇪🇸 and there is a loot of #plebs we see here in #nostr https://wobitcoin.org/#ponentes_anchor. Good look with the event 🇪🇺.

Yea, so far... so good. I don't see any issue.

Built that node! 😃

The lastest version of #LND is using "way" less ram, I think the #watchtower improvement was key in my case. #noderunner

I am for the future... #Friday will be a good day! GM!

It will be mostly mind like people so it's possible you don't need to share your personal data, just relax and enjoy talking with people, never share your BTC amount and try to learn and share experience.

Good Night! have a good #zapathon

For educational purposes I am starting a new node with only taproot channels. I looped over my `lncli describegraph` to run `lncli getnodeinfo ` looking for feature 181 (simple-taproot-chans-x). Here are the badass pleb routing noderunners who already have taproot enabled:

036bc853cb9bc0a3964456ad3bfbfbbfa64e9867cf701de1e35f6e809449f566e1 Decentra-LN (31 channels, tor)

028803c6dd88596c7cf92566a641f7fb62cc848f525ab0bd5d72b6856fc71a44a9 Bee Tee See (31 channels, tor/ipv6)

03a01da97af71f7859cd1b2b6a70f221ecd49f6eabf0bf1e267bae9570b47232a6 slicksparks.ky nostr:npub1m5mr8y7wgvcufav43hgda376xsm0t5qrerur30m23ek6w8gmn88q9hympt 67 channels)

There's a couple other notable ones run by gigachads but either their minimum channel size was way higher than I'm comfortable testing with or their node outright rejected my openchannel requests due to internal policies.

If you're wondering how to open a taproot channel, here's the command:

`lncli openchannel --node_key 03a01da97af71f7859cd1b2b6a70f221ecd49f6eabf0bf1e267bae9570b47232a6 --connect 161.97.109.229:9735 --sat_per_vbyte 21 --fundmax --channel_type=taproot --private`

My first impression while waiting for a confirmation is that it does look like a regular transaction onchain. Even my own Zeus (v0.7.7) wallet doesn't show the channel yet, despite seeing the pending tx in transaction history. Neat!

I probably need to install Zeus through obtainium so I can start getting the bleeding edge v0.8.0 apha updates.

Just added to my node in case you want to check 😃

nostr:npub1lxktpvp5cnq3wl5ctu2x88e30mc0ahh8v47qvzc5dmneqqjrzlkqpm5xlc you got a guide published to read up on setting routing fees for public lightning channels? Thanks friend 🤙

I think this is a good starting point https://darthcoin.substack.com/p/lightning-routing-fees-experiment and... https://darthcoin.substack.com/p/managing-lightning-node-liquidity .

Maybe three options: min/max htlc, price or both.
