Being such a dominant distro, they can effectively block whatever they choose. For example, BOLT12, just by ignoring it. So it could be called protocol centralization, to an extent.

I'm pretty sure I'm not filtering them. I personally wouldn't want to but I also wouldn't care if another relay operator wanted to filter. I don't think any relay should be obligated to filter or not filter. If someone doesn't like how things are handled, pick different relays or they can run their own.
My brain says single sig is safe enough but my irrational paranoia says a multi is safer. The slippery slope of too much complexity is siren's song.

Thanks, Semi warned me about it awhile back and I blacklisted the extension. I was hoping nostr:npub1c878wu04lfqcl5avfy3p5x83ndpvedaxv0dg7pxthakq3jqdyzcs2n8avm would address the issue as there are probably plenty of folks out there who have it enabled and are at risk if it hasn't been patched.
Doesn't make any difference. Your "empty" side is just your channel partner's "full" side. What you want to do is make sure your node is up and online, especially if your route a lot of payments.
