Last weekend was my longest ride ever. 75 miles and over 5500 ft of elevation gain!
Another beautiful climb in the mountains and then later a 16 mile descent with an average speed of 28mph.
This was a beautiful ride up Temple Canyon Rd and down the Great Escape trail. Then down hard time and redemption trails. I also rode down Tunnel Drive and up Hwy 50 to the welcome sign.
Been too busy camping in the San Isabel National Forest to be able to get much riding done. Enjoy your summer!

Last weekend I rode in the 12 hour mountain bike endurance race up near the Royal Gorge Bridge. Each lap was about 10 miles and 1000ft elevation gain. I did 2 laps and out team completed 9 laps total.
