Gem of an episode

Bitcoiners have a phrase “fix the money, fix the world”… It seems to me that what we’re looking at is actually the beginnings of an entirely new, parallel global civilisation emerging. I’m certainly not alone in this thought.

Religions or languages are also examples of protocols for flourishing, though history and current examples show that humans have often managed to corrupt them.

While people squabble with each other over ideologies (capitalism, socialism, communism etc); Bitcoin seems to be laying the foundations for a fairer, more democratic, less corruptible, better world; where you get rewarded for your individual efforts and contributions, while the tide simultaneously helps all ships to rise.

You can become part of this paradigm shift any time you want, for a fraction of a penny… or even a single free post of merit on Nostr…

All you have to do is; take the time to learn what this thing is, then to verify what you learn by carefully applying it and experimenting with Bitcoin as a part of your life’s toolkit.

As a designer, a maker and someone who is very used to deep-diving and learning to apply new tools and technologies; I have never in my life come across anything so mind-blowing, with so much potential for positive global impact as Bitcoin. If it continues to evolve the way it has been, I suspect we are looking at one of the greatest human stories to touch this earth.

Was a fun idea, but a slight issue is that it most likely works better for people who are popular, attractive, have a following etc, rather than people who are badly struggling with the basics of life. Keep doing your incredible thing though Joe. It’s massively appreciated.

Preach sister. This is so true. Even without the expensive treatments, understanding this stuff can change your life and can basically be free for those on a budget. Infra-red==Sun, Cold-plunge==Swim in a clean lake… etc etc
