This week I deleted all social media from my phone except Nostr.
I replaced the rest with the Chess app.
I think my screen time unchanged but mood is way better.

I've been quite involved with my county party since 2022 and it feels like I'm banging my head against a wall.
Most members are much older than me and think they can save things at the federal and state levels. The don't realize we need to batten down the hatches locally.
