What happens if you don’t take action to grow a strong community around you?
Boredom and its downstream effects are one of the biggest issues. When we don’t have daily real life interactions with people who are actively improving their life, we’re tempted to fill the void with cheap dopamine hits. If we allow our time to be eaten up with scrolling, tv, and porn our life force will be tangibly depleted and the downward spiral easily sucks us in.
It doesn’t have to be that complicated. Actively seek out a few like valued men and plan some cool shit to do together. If you can’t find any in your town, or the ones you ask are busy or locked in their own word, either move where the people are or connect online and plan a trip.

Once you have your health and wealth dialed in, this is by far the most beneficial skill to cultivate that will dramatically increase your wellbeing and quality of life.
Im surprised at how many men i meet who live a mostly solitary existence.
We may be around people for work and live in close proximity to neighbors in apartment buildings and subdivisions but when we don’t take the lead to generate actual community around us, we risk mental isolation that weakens our spirit and life force.
