Lesson learned, don’t boil and work. Should’ve pulled this sooner, ended up making some gnarly hard candy and am down a stock pot 🤦🏻‍♂️

Was a nice 1.5 gallon harvest, it’s okay tho, plenty more sap coming. Anyone who tells you they were always good at something from the beginning is most likely lying. Learning new things means being ready to be bad at them at first :p
