I have been doing IF on and off but most of the time 2 meals between 12ish pm and 8pm. we have late family dinner which is what I want to stick to, just if we manage to move it earlier it will be great.
Now I am trying again with first trying to make the window smaller and the breakfast as light as possible.

Lol same sense we have developed in Eastern Europe.
