Meint der Spruch, dass diejenigen die Welt regieren, die die Macht haben, Geld herzustellen oder zu entscheiden, was als Geld genutzt werden muss?

Was, wenn niemand diese Macht hätte?

Language, words and their meaning are important. It's nice that there are different meanings for "inflation" in German.

While "Inflation" in the true sense means the expansion of something, in the monetary sense the expansion of the money supply, "Teuerung" is the right word for increasing prices.

In English it's the same word for both.

Whenever I talk to someone about increasing prices I try to use "Teuerung".

Most of them understand "Teuerung" because they have experienced it.

Fewer understand "Inflation" when you talk about the money supply.

Everyone understands why "Inflation" leads to "Teuerung" in the long term.

You can exit "Inflation" that leads to "Teuerung" by hodling the hardest asset.

I'm thinking about a Dell OptiPlex 3070 Micro with a i3 8100t, a 2TB SSD running Umbrel OS.

Actually my system is still running umbrel 0.5 with a 1TB SSD in a proxmox environment. There is not a lot ofspace left on that drive. 😟
