From what I understand after having read part of the code: the idea is based on the fact that most of actual transfers are round amounts in dollars or bitcoins. Excluding round amount in bitcoins, round amounts in dollars stay 😉 Using Bell/Gauss curve, you can find the average of the price of bitcoin in dollars. Smart !
