If you check on the historical data `/api/ticks` negative premium contracts do happen. These guys are just there providing liquidity to sellers who are in a rush.

I believe the counter-argument to the energy FUD is harder to understand than this one for most people.

Maybe I am too optimistic, but I believe most people will see that if you agree on banning bitcoin because of this, then you must agree to ban "the internet" for serving CP as well.

It's an issue only those who decode it into photons that project an image on your retina. While encoded, it's garbage. Otherwise theh could also ban ISPs for relaying encoded CP. Or as someone else mentioned, we could ban the Pi number for encoding infinite CP images.
