I had all but quit social media before discovering Nostr. I stopped paying attention to Twitter and deleted Instagram from my phone. I'm confident that this was the right choice and my mind quieted.

Since discovering Nostr, I've gone down brand new rabbit holes filled with lightning nodes and FOSS, and it's apparent that it's having a negative affect on my attention - and I'm losing track once again of what's important moment to moment.

This is all to say that I plan to use Nostr way less going forward. I need to spend much more of my day apart from my phone. I have too many obligations to start down a new path. I need to make the most of the one I've already been walking.

I'm not sure who this is addressed to other than myself.

The way i see it,

We either accept the weirdness freedom entails and embrace & celebrate our individual differences or;

We are sentenced to a world of forced compliance and conformity and become indistinguishable from bland and bleak mindless drones.

Would be akin from having color tv and reverting to a world of black and white.

Monday morning feels..

Totally brother, I dont dout that… im well on my way to getting there i have about 10 contingency plans for the direction my lifes is going and they will all unfold as and how they do, no pressure, no stress…. Just enjoing the process 😜👊🏼❤️

Im not after millions of dollers in net worth or an abundance of money.. id be happy living in a treehouse up in the mountings somewhere like this away from all the people in the world fixated on greed and power!!

I am a good mum. I’m 56 train with my daughter, daily. Eat well and stay naturally healthy. There are NO short cuts!

I Swear AT my kids if they deserve it. And love them so fiercely … they know their mum is would die on any hill for them.

I’ve worked hard BUT always outside the system. Here’s to my children possibly living my charmed life … which has ALWAYS been underpinned to freedom not fiat wealth.
