feeling like a catholic youth lately. i dunno. might be one of my old rosaries that i dug up the other day.
we all were/are so brainwashed. even “smart” kids who back in the day read a lot of newspapers, magazines & stuff were often getting brainwashed.
it’s not easy to be more critical when you’re a naive kid, trusting the “prestigious” publications, the writers, politicians…
always being in opposition is a lose-lose way of thinking. and it’s definitely not peaceful. it’s extremely toxic just like the kind of politics we have in the states.
both. lots of people are obsessively contrarian, only being able to view the world in terms of something they (subconsciously) hate (for no good reason).
it’s like misogyny or racism where people must define themselves in terms of others (they want to feel superior) and feel the need to harm or dominate those they are obsessed with.
working out is the best thing ever for being mentally healthy
was stretching while earthing after working out and this came slowly floating down near me.

i’m always in totally awe of sketch artists or painters who make hyper-realistic sketches or paintings. 🤯
there exists so many great men who are also good humans who are mentally healthy — confident & secure — enough to be loving & kind.

The other half of the problems in the world would most be due to the defective understanding that males have of being a good human — particularly, their misogyny.
